Overview:

We are seeking a suitable Full-Time Admin and Sales Support Assistant to join us at our well-established Company in Ubi Road.


Job Description:

Assist with the day-to-day operation of the Company.
Assist with inventory, delivery, delivery orders and invoices.
Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, following up emails with customers and filing
Support with marketing duties
Ensure office area is clean and tidy
Provide administrative support to sales and marketing team, such as preparation of materials for events
Assist in ad-hoc matters when necessary


Job requirements:

Able to work: Mon - Fri, 8.30am to 6.00pm, 5 days work.

In the month of June, Nov and Dec, Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm and Sat, 8.30am to 12.30pm.
Admin or Clerical experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Candidate must possess at least O/A Level / Diploma holders, fresh graduates are welcome
Able to work independently.
The ability to communicate clearly and confidently in both English and Chinese language is a must
Self-driven and with the ability to suggest and recommend improvement to the Company’s operations.
Positive working attitude and pleasant personality to engage external and internal customers.
Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office suite of software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Able to start work immediately
Highly responsible and highly responsive.
