Sales Support Administration

Job Description:
- Respond to customer inquiries, prepare sales quotations, process sales orders, sales invoices, and manage logistics.
- Update product price lists, brochures, and distribute marketing materials to all customers.
- Assist in marketing communications, including maintaining websites and social media platforms.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative and sales support duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Holds a diploma in Marketing/Business Administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of multimedia editing software, such as Photoshop and Illustrator, is an added advantage.
- Preferred minimum 1 year of working experience.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
