Roles & Responsibilities

The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and assisting in maintaining a positive, productive work environment. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage staff, oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, and ensure the restaurant meets both operational and financial targets. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will work rotating day and night shifts, providing flexibility and leadership during peak hours. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a passion for food service and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversees operations of the outlet, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
  • Hires and trains staff
  • Organizes and oversees the staff schedules
  • Ensures customer satisfaction, handles and resolves customer complaints
  • Manages and maintains stock inventory
  • Reports daily sales and other adhoc duties assigned
  • Prepare food orders.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
  • Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines
  • Singaporean/PR
  • Preferably able to start work immediately
