The hiring company is a well-established technology & infrastructure firm that powers the technology for some of the largest MNCs and famous brand names. They are looking to expand their footprint in Asia due to increasing demand and new business ventures in the region. To support the growth, they are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager (Data Center Solutions) as part of their Data Center Solutions team to strengthen the relationships with their clients across Asia Pacific.
Job Responsibilities
- Address customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain lasting relationships
- Participate in generating contracts pipeline in order to meet company's objectives
- Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
- Coach, mentor and motivate the team to raise clients' satisfaction on the company's services
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure issues resolutions in a timely and quality manner
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitors' offerings
Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree holder in Business, Engineering or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing/account management role, with preferably a strong technical understanding
- Prior experience in managing a team will be highly regarded
- Have a passion to make a difference in customers' experience
- Strong communication skills to work closely with technical and non-technical teams
- A strong business acumen with a proven track record in develop lasting clients relationships
