Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Administer routine data entry and monitor project progress, etc.
  • Oversee project timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure projects are completed within specified deadlines.
  • Adhere to safety and environmental regulations.
  • Perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and work with the Engineering Planning team to enhance performance.
  • Prepare and submit documentation required for project execution.
  • Respond to inquiries, participate in site meetings, and address complaints related to ongoing projects.
  • Review and process billing submissions promptly.
  • Monitor project budgets to ensure financial compliance.
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • With Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Competent skills with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
