About the Job

The company is expanding and is looking for a Marine Sales Manager. You will be reporting to the General Manager and your primary responsibility will be leading the marine sales and marketing functions of the company. This role is covering the commercial segment and channels to maximise total revenue and profit performance as well as market share penetration of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

•Business development towards our range of services includes identifying and developing business strategies through exhausting opportunities in both local & overseas market.

•Lead the marine sales team, promoting an inclusive environment, where team members are encouraged to experiment and learn fast.

•Motivate and ensure that sales achieve their individual and team goals

•Liaise with Operation for the service progress and update, to manage Customer's requirements and expectations.

•Collaborate with members of Fire Armour's executive team to develop go-to-market and revenue growth strategy.

•Champion the needs of our customers and prioritise product changes to improve the 'ideal customer' experience.

•Develop the tools, systems and guides used to serve and nurture qualified inbound leads.

•Identify underlying challenges to systems, people, and processes to improve sales performance.

•Improve the Fire Armour buyer journey by monitoring, analysing and reporting on metrics, that will impact the team's results.


Qualifications

•Possess minimum of 3 years of leading sales teams AND preferably with at least 3-5 years working experience in Marine industry.

•Degree preferred, minimum diploma from a recognised tertiary institution.

•Comfortable with IT.

•Good command of written and spoken English language.

•Able to demonstrate strong leadership capability

•Hands on, driven and self-motivated individual business acumen with excellent personality

•Possesses high level of integrity, respect for others and strong client focus
