We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Email Marketing Manager to lead and manage our email marketing initiatives, specializing in Klaviyo.


Job Summary

As an Email Marketing Manager at Verz Design, you will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to achieve our clients' business goals. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing campaign execution, and collaborating with the email marketing strategist to deliver measurable results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement data-driven email marketing strategies for clients, leveraging Klaviyo’s advanced tools and features.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuringexpectations are met and exceeded.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, design, and oversee email campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, scheduling, and delivery.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics (e.g., open rates, CTR, conversions), provide detailed reports, and propose actionable improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Email Marketing Strategist to optimize campaign content and workflows.
  • Automation & Segmentation: Design and maintain automated email workflows and advanced segmentation to improve engagement and ROI.
  • Compliance: Ensure all campaigns meet GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act, and other email marketing regulations.
  • Optimization: Continuously improve strategies based on data analysis and emerging trends in email marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in email marketing, with hands-on expertise in Klaviyo or similar platforms.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple accounts or campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Klaviyo or similar email platforms.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools to track email performance and ROI.
  • Experience in email design, A/B testing, and marketing automation.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and integrations.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience in eCommerce or retention marketing is preferred.
  • Certifications in Klaviyo or email marketing platforms are a plus.
