Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Executive to join our team at GROWPIPO MARKETING PTE. LTD. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

About the Role
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, print, and events. Help develop marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, email templates, and social media content.
  • Content Creation & Management: Assist in creating content for social media, newsletters, websites, and other marketing platforms. Maintain and update the company's website and social media profiles.
  • Social Media Management: Manage the company's social media accounts, monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and help with content scheduling. Conduct research on industry trends and competitors' social media strategies.
  • Event Support: Assist in planning and organizing events, including coordination with vendors, setting up booths, and distributing promotional materials.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing documents, and coordinating marketing activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Skills:
    • Digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Good understanding of social media channels and trends.
    • Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
    • Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for marketing.
