Survey Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist survey respondents in completing selected surveys online or via manual methods.
  • Provide guidance to respondents during field visits to ensure survey completion.
  • Ensure timely submission of completed survey data into the system.
  • Daily updating of call outcomes using assigned Excel files.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to achieve survey completion goals.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports to track productivity and performance.
  • Perform administrative tasks and provide support, including rectifying data errors and ambiguities during survey data collection.
  • Adhere to SOPs and accurately document case notes in the system for each survey respondent and call outcome/update.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, is essential as this role involves handling large datasets.
  • Ability to interpret data, not just input it into Excel.

Requirements:

  • Singaporean

Salary: $3000 per month

Location: Revenue House / Havelock Road

Working hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours
