Senior Marketing Paid Media (PPC) Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on, dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Paid Media (PPC) Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand awareness, driving digital marketing initiatives and campaigns, leveraging Google ads, Meta and other social media platforms to drive engagement and growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, a deep understanding of PPC.
Responsibilities:
Paid Media Campaign Strategy & Planning:
- Craft tailored paid media strategies aligned with BullionStar's objectives, target audiences, and industry specifics.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
- Develop and present media plans encompassing budget allocations, targeting strategies, and creative direction.
Paid Media Campaign Execution & Management:
- Launch, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Implement and coordinate A/B testing to refine ad creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, making adjustments to bids, budgets, and targeting to meet KPIs, with a focus on delivering 4-5X ROAS.
Social Media Strategy & Management:
- Design and implement social media strategies that reflect BullionStar's brand identity and marketing goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across BullionStar’s social media channels, ensuring consistency in messaging.
- Foster audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and facilitating community interactions.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to boost BullionStar's online presence.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze performance metrics for both paid media and social media using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok Analytics, etc.)
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with senior management, account managers, and designer to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across digital channels.
- Clearly communicate campaign and social media performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Remain informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media and social media management.
Optimization & Growth:
- Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance paid media campaigns and social media strategies for improved performance.
- Utilize platform-specific features and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Propose new ideas and testing approaches to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track records of at least 5 years experience in managing paid media campaigns and social media accounts on Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and social media management tools.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing principles, PPC, social media strategies, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- Experience in data analysis, campaign optimization, A/B testing, and content creation for social media.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing Labs, or similar are advantageous.
- Due to work pass quota limits, this role is only open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents applicants.
Salary and Benefits
The salary is dependent on your capability, experience and skills. The typical starting salary is from SGD 5,000 to SGD 7,000 per month for a driven candidate plus up to three month's bonus salary. BullionStar furthermore offers reimbursement of medical bills and access to an employee health and fitness benefit program.
