Our Japanese Client is a 100%subsidiary of an international logistics company, established in1997. They handle all international transportation andlogistics.
JobDescription:
- Efficiently manage daily orderprocessing, ensuring timely and accurate orderfulfillment.
- Oversee product listing and catalogmanagement, maintaining up-to-date product information.
-Monitor and update inventory levels to prevent stockouts oroverstock situations. Physical check might be needed from time totime.
- Maintain and improve basic product descriptions toenhance product discoverability and consumerunderstanding.
- Collaborate with relevant team and Clientto implement website design changes and other non-product-relatedamendments as necessary.
- Act as a liaison between thebusiness development team and marketing/social media personnel toensure synergy in e-commerce strategies.
- Establish andnurture strong relationships with e-commerce platforms and partnersto drive growth and opportunities.
- Serve as the primarypoint of contact for product and order inquiries, addressingcustomer or partner queries promptly and professionally.
-Handle logistics-related inquiries to ensure efficient orderdelivery.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support,including managing customer feedback and addressing complaintseffectively.
- Undertake various ad hoc tasks related tothe business, such as meeting preparation and assisting inday-to-day operations.
- Be prepared for occasionalbusiness trips as required.
JobRequirements:
- Possess a Diploma or highereducational level; a major in Business Administration, Marketing,or Supply Chain and Logistics Management is preferred.
-At least 1 year of proven experience in e-commerce accountmanagement and business development.
- Strongcommunication and relationship-building skills.
- Abilityto work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly inmarketing and social media.
- Customer-centric approachwith a focus on delivering outstanding post-salessupport.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms andtools.
- Excellent organizational and multitaskingabilities.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel asneeded for businesspurposes.
Compensation:
-Working hours: Mon - Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Location:Lazada One (walking distance to MRT Bencoolen, Bras Basah,Bugis)
- AWS
- Variable Bonus (subject to companyperformance)
- OT Pay
- Transport Allowance: $80per month
