Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management and construction of the global after-sales service network outside Singapore
- Build the service support teams across Europe, Asia and USA to support our partners with quick on-site support to resolve major issues and important trails and demonstrations
- Lead the international Robot Support Team (RST) team to carry out the training on product repair, maintenance, technical upgrade and software version iteration for all LionsBot products to the partners
- Lead the team to collect after-sales problems, suggestions to improve products, customer satisfaction assessment, etc., to give feedback to the R&D department for product updates and future iterations.
- Managing the schedule and deployment of RST engineers to customer sites globally for after-sales support
- Responsible for the establishment of training and deployment SOPs for RST engineers and customers’ technicians
- Collaborate with sales team to devise suitable strategies for robot trials at potential customer sites globally
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in robotics service, maintenance, or a similar role
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Technical proficiency in robotic systems and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
