Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a Manufacturing MNC. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR Executive to be part of their HR Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.


Duties of HR Executive:

  • Ensure timely processing of payroll, claims, and timesheets, including handling government-related claims.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to overall team efforts.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing talent through diverse channels.
  • Partner with Marketing to enhance brand presence and develop recruitment materials.
  • Utilize HR analytics to assess recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Manage the onboarding and exit processes, including conducting exit interviews.
  • Identify skill gaps, propose training programs, and maintain training records.
  • Participate in the Staff Welfare Committee and help organize company events.
  • Support social initiatives aimed at community engagement.
  • Oversee employee and property insurance renewals and claims.
  • Maintain accurate employee databases and personnel files.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in full spectrum of HR
  • Comfortable with payroll processing with headcounts more than 300
