Regional Business Development Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for bus duct and related products in Southeast Asia, achieving sales targets.
  • Understand customer needs across industries such as manufacturing, commercial buildings, power grids, new energy, and data centers, providing tailored solutions and technical advice.
  • Gather market intelligence, track competitor activities, and provide insights for business and product strategy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, production, and after-sales, to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience in the busway or busbar trunking industry is preferred; switchboard industry experience is also considered.
  • Strong knowledge of the Southeast Asia market, with excellent business development and client relationship skills.
  • Familiarity with electrical products, industry standards, and technical trends, with the ability to provide professional technical support.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong teamwork, adaptability, and resilience, with a willingness to travel frequently.
