About Us: Muslimin Trust Fund Association (MTFA) is a rapidly growing nonprofit organisation dedicated to serving the underprivilege community in Singapore. Established with the aim of providing financial assistance and support to Muslims in need, MTFA focuses on various areas such as education, healthcare, welfare, and social services.

Job Summary: This is a 6-month maternity coverage contract. The Admin & HR Executive will deliver comprehensive HR and administrative support, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, work pass management, documentation, and handling disciplinary matters.



Key Responsibilities

  • Support full spectrum of HR including recruitment and administrative: but not limited to website, Instagram, Linkedln, etc.
  • Organise recruitment activities for timely selection and source candidates who closely fit the job requirements via job portals.
  • Coordinating the orientation for new employees and handling exit clearance procedures.
  • Monitor and administer work pass application, renewal, and cancellation-related matters and coordinate foreign workers' accommodation and related activities.
  • Draft and prepare letters when required (appointment, confirmation, increment and promotion etc).
  • Handle non-executive discipline sensitively with detailed Management advice.
  • Any ad-hoc activities within HR and Admin functions as assigned by HR Manager, from time to time.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Good understanding of HR practices including the Employment Act.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to carry out analytical and coordination work.
  • Good working attitude & self-driven.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal) and ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Proficiency in office software applications including Monday.com, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace collaboration tools.
