Position Overview:We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Temporary HR Associate to support our HR team. This role involves handling key HR functions including recruitment coordination, wellness activities, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Arrange and schedule interviews (both physical and virtual) based on interviewers' availability.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process on the day of the interview, including photocopying and verifying documents as needed.
  • Conduct reference checks for potential candidates.
  • Send rejection emails to unsuccessful candidates.

Wellness Support:
