Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the company’s financial records, tax filings, and audit procedures.
  • Assist with payroll processing, including salary calculations and payments.
  • Manage social security contributions, employee benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date financial and HR records.
  • Support recruitment efforts, employee onboarding, and record management.
  • Help with performance evaluations and track employee attendance.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and government agencies.
  • Handle additional finance and HR administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in bookkeeping, tax reporting, and payroll processing.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality in financial and HR matters.
