Roles & Responsibilities

The Product Marketing/Portfolio Executive is responsible for providing global input into the development of the global product portfolio strategy and drive the implementation of the product portfolio initiatives in the region that meet customer needs. This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager.


Product Portfolio Management

  • Own and manage the Global Product Portfolio Master Data.
  • Understand market trends and customer goals on their production roadmap, leveraging as part of our strategy for portfolio/segment.
  • Drives growth by meeting customer needs through flawless portfolio and marketing program implementation.
  • Define the individual zones’ portfolio implementation plan in alignment with the global portfolio strategy
  • Lead Global NPI launches in prioritized regional geographies.
  • Collaborate with experts from the technical team and other functions to drive development and implementation of new products and services.
  • Ensure the usage of global launch best practices and global resources (e.g. launch packages, assets, etc.) and successful adaptation in the region as needed.
  • Provide continuous support and guidance to regions on training and education related to new product introductions.
  • Provide feedback on region/country needs for successful launches and sales plan.


Marketing Collaterals

  • Conduct market research and gather technical content to prepare a comprehensive draft of the marketing materials, ensuring a seamless transition to the B&C team for final refinement aligned with branding guidelines.
  • Support company’s participation in tradeshows, conventions, seminars, by preparing the required marketing collaterals for the event.
  • Participate and support BRC internal and external webinars.
  • Prepare company presentation templates and assist team members in their presentation slides for external use.

Analytics and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Conduct regular data tracking and analysis of product portfolio performance.
  • Analyse, improve and manage effective Power BI or similar analytic reports related to the Global Product Portfolio.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to gather feedback regarding competition, product, and/or market needs.
  • Ad hoc projects assigned by the Management.

Education / Experience Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or equivalent; with a strong preference for candidates with an engineering or manufacturing background.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing or product management experience, preferably in an industrial B2B environment.


Operational Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and product management expertise.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Adaptable and able to build good working relationships, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Resourceful and adaptable to different situations.
  • Self-driven and a quick learner.
