Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Product Marketing Executive to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have expertise in WordPress, Canva or other graphic design tools, social media marketing and running events/workshops. Knowledge in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry is a plus but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for lead generation.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging posts, and monitor analytics across platforms (Website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Website Management: Maintain and update the company’s website via WordPress, ensuring content is current, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
  • Graphic Design & Content Creation: Design marketing materials, social media graphics, and presentations using Canva or other software.
  • Copywriting: Write compelling marketing copy for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in WordPress website management and SEO.
  • Proficiency in Canva or other design tools for graphic design and marketing materials.
  • Strong knowledge and proven success in using social media platforms for product marketing and generating sales leads
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
  • Proficient with email marketing tools (Minimally Mailchimp)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Diploma holders and above
  • Singaporeans and PRs only due to no more quota for work pass.
