Roles & Responsibilities

Highlights:

  • Contract Duration: 6 months – 12 months
  • Salary range:$2200 - $2800 (based on qualification and experience)
  • Nearest MRT: Kent Ridge / Braddell / Redhill
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 6:00pm

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder.
  • Minimally 1 year of work experience in documents management, program management, or administrative experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Description:

  • In charge of the transition of documents from existing digital platforms to new platforms. Management of the digital platforms.
  • Reviewing, organizing, and systematically transferring documents and data.
  • Maintaining records of ongoing and completed projects. Project coordination and logistics.
  • Manage and oversee policy governance.
  • Facilitate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders for various administrative and application processing matters.
  • Attending to enquiries.
  • Provide logistical support for meetings and events (e.g.: venue booking, venue setup).
  • Other duties assigned.
