Roles & Responsibilities

Highlights:

  • Contract Duration: 7 months
  • Salary range: $2800 per month
  • Nearest MRT: Labrador Park
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 6:00pm

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder
  • Minimally 1 year of admin and secretarial experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Description:

  • Provide secretarial support to the team for upcoming events.
  • Database management, filtering, and updating.
  • Meeting scheduling, agenda coordiantion, venue setup, calendar management.
  • Document filing and paperwork duties; document tracking and monitoring.
  • Inventory and assesst management.
  • Support the procurement process (e.g.: obtaining quotations, pruchase goods and services for events).
  • Assist with reseach and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate accross multiple teams to collate infomration for event reporting.
  • Other office admin and operations duties assigned.
