Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers and meticulous administrative support in Appointment Services section
  • Responsible for managing appointment requests and other appointment related enquiries (e.g. prescription requests) received via phone, faxes and emails
  • Meet quality standards and achieve department KPIs on a monthly basis

Requirements:

  • Minimum 'N' Level qualification
  • A customer-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Relevant work experience in call centre, healthcare, hospitality or service industries will be an advantage
  • Position is hired under SingHealth (CGH) Call Centre

Working Schedule:

· Mon – Fri

· Alternate Sats (Once every 8 weeks)
