Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Cook vegetarian dishes
  • Stir-fry or cook a variety of bee hoon, noodles, rice and porridge
  • Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
  • Ensure all food items are stored properly at approprate temperatures
  • Ensure all cooking equipment and items are stored properly
  • Check quality of ingredients
  • Assist in monitor stock and place order, if required
  • Ensure sanitization, cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen environment
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assign by the Superior

Requirements

  • Prefer to have relevant experience in cooking vegetarian food
  • Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
  • Maintain a good personal hygiene
  • Complete Secondary level
  • Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Able to commence work immediately is preferred
