Sales Executive

Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our paper solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the paper and packaging industry. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate paper solutions to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the paper, packaging, or related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the paper and packaging market, including key players and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in selling sustainable or eco-friendly products.
- Established network of contacts in the paper and packaging industry.
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics related to paper products.
