Administration Officer (Reception)

Working Time: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6pm
Working Location: Haw Par Villa (Nearest MRT)
Salary: $2000 - $2500


Overview:

The Administration Officer is responsible to provide quality customer service to stakeholders, administration support to staff.


Job Duties:

  • Dealing with enquiries from students and the general public via telephone, voicemail, fax, email and in person in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing appropriate responses, services or referrals and reporting of enquiries to relevant staff where appropriate
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to all stakeholders
  • Assist with the processing of correspondence in a timely manner as required
  • Contribute to the most effective and efficient management of resources by maintaining appropriate manual and computerised records and data bases i.e. electronic filing system
  • Maintain stationery supplies and office inventory including ordering and reconciliation of accounts
  • Manage freight, courier deliveries and reconciliation of accounts for these activities
  • Collection and postage of mail
  • Manage season parking for staff and reconciliation of accounts for these activities
  • Organise office events and catering for office functions and meetings as required
  • Be responsible for staff amenities i.e. Board Room, Pantry etc.
  • Provide word processing and data entry support
  • Assist with processing all student receipts
  • Other General Duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • With Diploma in Business Administration / relevant discipline
  • With relevant customer service experience is added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
