We are seeking a Technical Admin with a demonstrated track record of efficiently providing administrative support to repair and calibration operations.


Be Part of Our Success

  • Perform administrative tasks to effectively support our team in delivering calibration and repair jobs. This includes liaising with vendors, generating purchase requisitions, arranging of shipment and monitoring the estimated delivery dates of all subcontract customer equipment
  • Be collaborative in working with the internal and external stakeholders to deliver the required administrative tasks.
  • Be independent to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of all completed jobs
  • Assist the Management in performing manpower recovery every month.
  • Generate monthly report from SAP for the Management to analyze the parameters for continuous improvement in our process and productivity
  • Be open-minded and highly adaptable in adopting new and improved processes to support the future growth of our calibration business


Qualities We Value

  • Knowledge in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable with technology and IT tools. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Enterprise Systems (SAP)
