Admin Facilities Executive

Job Description
- To coordinate various administrative, facility matters
- To communicate and update various departments on facility matters, related to on-site facilities management.
- To work closely with in-house Integrated Facilities Management
- To manage maintenance issues and conduct daily inspections to ensure quality standards are being maintained.
- To assist in facility projects with minor Additional and Alteration works and office renovation as assigned by reporting supervisor.
- To source for appropriate vendors, handles procurement request orders
- Assist in Admin related work as assigned.
- To undertake ad-hoc/cross functional projects.
Required Qualifications and experince
•Minimum Diploma or Degree in related field
•Min 5 years of relevant experience in similar Office, Admin, Facilities Settings
