Key Responsibilities:

o Oversee general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, correspondence, and scheduling meetings.

o Maintain and manage office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep of the office.

o Assist in handling financial transactions, including invoicing, payroll coordination, and basic bookkeeping.

o Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.

o Support HR functions such as employee onboarding, record-keeping, and leave management.

o Coordinate with clients, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.

o Handle confidential company information with discretion.

o Provide assistance to the recruitment team in scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases.
