Why does this Role exist:

Partners with Line of Business in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs. Has ability to understand business and people imperatives and translate that into HR value add through appropriate interventions and initiatives is critical in this role. Key skills and abilities include critical thinking, coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving.

The ideal candidate will have strong HR knowledge, project management skills, presentation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.


What do we basically expect from you:

· Project Leadership and Implementation:

Lead HR project management, overseeing all HR projects and initiatives from planning to closure. Monitor progress to ensure adherence to project goals, scopes, timelines, and priorities.

· Communication Plan for HR and Senior Management:

Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan to keep HR and senior management informed and aligned on project progress and key updates.

· Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for HR projects and initiatives. Liaise with key stakeholders, including internal HR members, external vendors, and cross-departmental functions to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

· Process Optimization:

Understand and streamline HR processes and policies to implement best practices and operational efficiencies.

· Regional HR Liaison:

Act as the contact point for regional HR members, fostering communication and collaboration to ensure alignment within global HR teams.

· HR Policy Implementation:

Continuously review and improve HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency on both global and local levels while considering regional regulations, market practices, and cultural nuances.

· Training and Development:

Identify training needs for business units and participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.

· Performance and Compensation Management:

Lead core HR processes across products (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions). Educate team members on compensation practices, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions.

· Culture and Excellence:

Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results..


Experience & Educational Qualifications needed for this Job:

· Over 15 years of experience in HR, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and leadership.

· Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a strong academic foundation for strategic HR management.
