Compliance and Legal:Ensure all HR practices comply with legal requirements, minimizing risk and safeguarding the company's interests.

Learning and Development:Plan and implement training programs for all staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.

Payroll Management:Ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll, managing the end-to-end process efficiently.

Employee Welfare and Engagement:Administer employee welfare matters and organize activities to enhance staff engagement and satisfaction.

HR Consulting:Provide daily HR consulting and solutions to business units, acting as a strategic partner in addressing HR matters.

Requirements:

Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.

Experience:Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in a similar role.

Strategic Thinking:Ability to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies.

Leadership Skills:Strong leadership qualities, with the capability to manage and inspire the HR team.

Analytical Skills:Proficient in analyzing HR metrics, making data-driven decisions, and identifying trends.
