Job Summary
As the company’s HR & Finance Manager, you will take responsibility for all HR & Finance functions. You are responsible for all aspects of financial management including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as compliance to internal control policies and procedures. This role requires a blend of administrative, financial, and organizational skills to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Responsibilities:
· Handle full sets of accounts, including monthly and annual closing as well as preparation of financial statements (e.g. income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) and monthly management reports.
· Maintain accurate vendor records, including contact information, payment terms, and credit limits. Monitor accounts receivable aging, manage credit control.
· Perform bank reconciliations including but not limited to invoice and payment processing.
· Oversee year-end stock-take and audit. Coordinate with external auditors, vendors and bankers as needed.
· Oversee tax planning and compliance.
· Ensure accurate and GST reporting, complying with local regulations.
· Management of treasury operations including cash flow, credit control, foreign exchange management, banker's guarantees and trade financing (Import & Export LC).
· Oversee full spectrum of HR functions, such as payroll, reimbursement and recruitment.
· Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM, and other government-related claims as well as administering work pass application/renewal.
· Advise the company on all financial matters and support growth strategies of the company, including financial forecasts and overhead costs.
· Identify opportunities to streamline or digitalize the company’s operations whether via accounting automation, transformation initiatives or accounting tactics to better enhance efficiency.
· Undertake additional duties when necessary.
Your background:
· Degree in Business / Accounting / Finance / ACCA / related qualifications.
· Minimum 3 years of related working experience.
· Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
· Experienced in financial consolidation and audit processes.
· Strong accounting knowledge and application of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
· Able to work independently, meticulous and possess strong analytical skills.
