Job Description
You will be involved in the areas of Sales & Marketing in Group Insurance business, and understand the process of servicing intermediaries on existing renewal business to achieve high renewal retention and business development
The Job
· Sales Supports in servicing renewal accounts via intermediaries;
· Flow down renewal data to BPO for billing and liaising with operation team to resolve operational matters;
· Undertake any other projects assigned from time to time such as products /services enhancements, market analysis;
· Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;
· Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and appropriate steps to mitigate the risks; and
· Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

· Degree or equivalent industry qualifications;
· Strong interpersonal skills & relationship-building;
· Energetic and sales oriented individuals;
· Adaptable and able to work independently and under stress;
· Soft skills in relationship building;
· High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork; and
· Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
