Job Description

You will be involved in the areas of Sales & Marketing in Group Insurance business, and understand the process of servicing intermediaries on existing renewal business to achieve high renewal retention and business development

The Job

• Sales Supports in servicing renewal accounts via intermediaries;
• Flow down renewal data to BPO for billing and liaising with operation team to resolve operational matters;
• Undertake any other projects assigned from time to time such as products /services enhancements, market analysis;
• Make accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;
• Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;
• Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices;
• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork;
• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes;
• Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;
• Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and appropriate steps to mitigate the risks; and
• Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
