Roles & Responsibilities

Working Hours/Working Days: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm


Benefits/Allowances:

  • Transport Allowances
  • Medical consultation is capped at $50/visit with the Company’s appointed doctor within the office vicinity. Alternatively, government outpatient clinics are also acceptable.

Job Scope:

  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensure the attainment of company sales targets and profitability.
  • Prepare action plans for individuals and teams for the effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Provide exceptional sales service to customers and be adept at problem-solving and providing solutions.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and possess good interpersonal skills.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the logistics/freight forwarding/shipping industry.
  • Proficiency in Hunting Sales (Freight Forwarding).
  • Strong knowledge of transportation, international business, and logistics.
  • Must have access to own transportation (car).
  • Be self-motivated and possess strong team leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
