Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Admin/Accounts located in Singapore. The position will be responsible for administrative assistance, managing accounts, communication, customer service, and office administration tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Administrative assistance, Office Administration, invoicing sales account and Communication skills
- Customer Service skills
- Experience with office day to day operation on customer enquiry, service support and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in the Marine, Oil and Gas industries is a plus
