Personal Assistant to Singapore HNWI

Roles & Responsibilities
- Working Location : Orchard area
- Manage diary for family members including children.
- To monitor closely and accurately, children’s out-of-school activities and home renovation / construction / defects work / maintenance.
- Daily report must be sent to 2 owners on what activities are conducted, what is expected for next day and upcoming task for the week and month.
- Require to drive all household members including guests (on occasion). Knows how to handle and operate luxury cars.
- Coordinate with helpers in the house to manage events.
- To stay alert and observant, of what is required for the house and do preventive measures whenever possible.
- To react swiftly and be responsive to all matters with minimum supervision and communication.
- To maintain and execute house rules, and protect/ guard the sensitive areas within the house with caution.
- Great with technology and apps as you are expected to perform most tasks with your mobile phone. Minimum use of computer is required but you need to know how to use basic words and excel software.
- Petty cash management and report every end of the month. Overseas money transfer and online purchases are often required.
- Working hours are per the calendar. You are the calendar planner so you can plan effective work hours for yourself. You are not required at the house when there is no work for you. You are also required to work more hours on days when the owner is out of town or whenever required. Examples of working hours for a typical week are as follows:-
Mon : 3 - 5 pm (2 hours)
Tue : 3 - 630 pm (3.5 hours)
Wed : 3 - 630 pm (3.5 hours)
Thu : 230 - 7 pm (4.5 hours)
Fri : 3 – 730 pm (4.5 hours)
Sat : 10 – 11 am (1 hours)
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma Education
- Great command of English and Mandarin, both written and oral.
- 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous
- Must own a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
- Prefer candidates who stays near Orchard area.
- Honest and work with high integrity.
- Have patience with young children.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with initiative
- Good at coordinating, follow-ups, and planning
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- A grasp of absolute discretion and confidentiality
- Attention to details
- Service and result-oriented with a positive working attitude
- Able to work independently, from home, office, or at the house as required
