- Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs.
- Assess training needs across departments and levels.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Align learning objectives with company strategic goals.
- Identify high-potential employees for succession planning.
- Process work pass applications for foreign employees (where applicable).
- Manage onboarding process for new employees.
- Any other duties ad hoc duties assigned by Department Manager.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma, preferably specializing in HRM
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Learning & Development
- A team player and able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
