You will support our management team in delivering outstanding service and ensuring guest satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and contributing to the success of a vibrant culinary concept.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in leading and motivating the service and bar team to deliver exceptional guest experience.
  • Support daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, reservation management, and guest relations.
  • Maintain and uphold high service standards to consistently exceed guest expectations.
  • Manage bar operations, ensuring high-quality beverage preparation and service, with expertise in wine, spirits, and cocktails.
  • Train and mentor staff in service standards, menu knowledge, and bar operations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement and uphold restaurant policies and procedures regarding health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Coordinating between the kitchen and front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
  • Engaging in skill-enhancing opportunities and taking on additional tasks that contribute to restaurant success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a full-service restaurant and strong understanding of restaurant operations.
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of fine dining etiquette.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant financials with budgeting, cost control, revenue management, and the development of strategies to meet revenue targets.
