Admin Assistant/Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Position: Admin Assistant
  • Location: Ang Mo Kio
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (office hours)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus + 21 Days Annual Leave
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Security & Communication Solutions

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate services with office-related vendors and service providers, food and beverage vendors, furniture vendors, stationery vendors, etc
  • Manage facilities and general office needs for the office
  • Welcome visitors and assist them in connecting with their hosts
  • Maintains the live event production calendar
  • Schedules appointments and arranges all travel for company staff
  • Act as concierge to coordinate and set-up meetings and events as requested, including catering, set-up, clean-up and coordination of all other logistics (AV needs, supplies)
  • Ensure laptops, monitors, phones, Internet access and other devices are set up and activated for all employees at all times

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
  • Diploma in Business Administration / Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative tasks
