Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description
  1. Manage the administrative support to the key personnel in charge of student admissions (Year 1-6)
  2. Manage student admissions’ data management, applications and processes for admissions’ exercises
  3. Manage the DSA sports trials, auditions, domain testing and interviews with key personnel
  4. Being the contact person leading in the student admissions’ enquiries (local and overseas)
  5. Manage student movement (Leave of Absence/Special Leave, Withdrawal) applications and processes
  6. Manage the communication with all relevant parties in the application and appeals processes
  7. Manage correspondence and reports with the various stakeholders involved in the Admissions process
  8. Manage school website updates on Admissions exercises
  9. Manage roadshows as well as in Open House or marketing events for the school
  10. Liaise with and prepare students for supporting at roadshows and outreach events
  11. Update processes and procedure documents for Admissions Office
  12. Support Dean, Engagement & Admissions, in admissions matters
  13. Any other duties as may be assigned by the school
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma with 2 to 3 years of working experience
  • Excellent Excel and Office skills and the ability to present information for management reports and during selection panel meetings
  • Good PR skills along with good written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and good eye for details in data management
  • Problem solving skills, clear and logical thinking
  • Good organisation and time management skills with the ability to work independently on tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Good customer service skills with parents and students, and with the ability to build appropriate collaborative working relationships with colleagues
  • Able to demonstrate an understanding and respect for confidentiality in dealing with all admissions’ issues
  • Proficiency in the use of education technology or data analytics will be an advantage
  • This is a 2-year contract (renewable)
