We have an exciting career opportunity for the position of Admissions Executive and invite talented individuals to join us in our mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the applications of prospective students (local and aboard) based on admission policies.
  • Responsible for all students’ status on their Student Pass application, appeal, issuance, costs incurred etc.
  • Responsible for all Agent application, renewal and update of agent list as required under Skillfuture Guidance Documents.
  • Familiar with Immigration Checkpoints & Authority ("ICA") for application cases and handle the creation of SOLAR+ accounts.
  • Provide support to recruitment team on preparation of admission documents and hosting student enquiries online and on-site.
  • Participate in all student recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events.
  • Maintain a database of student information, student feedbacks in order to generate student reports whenever required.
  • Provide administrative support as assigned by the Admissions Manager, and Director of Student Recruitment & Admissions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree qualification, with 2 years of relevant working experience in an international private education setting.
  • Highly organised, meticulous, able to prioritise and multitask.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to be operationally hands-on, proactive mindset, and committed to delivering results within stipulated timelines.
