Roles & Responsibilities

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Handling and managing customer accounts and planning delivery schedules.
  • Replying to customers' inquiries
  • Daily monitoring of shipment schedule to customers
  • Follow up on the production following up on shipment status to customers.
  • Liaising with various departments on the delivery plan, i.e. Purchasing, Production, Quality Assurance and Logistics
  • Working with Purchasing Department on customer forecast demand.
  • To handle ECO/ ECN and facilitate the changes.
  • Handling RMAs queries and costing
  • Costing and RFQs to customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business/ Marketing/ Engineering
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in Customer Service-related field
  • Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Skills
  • Meticulous in managing customers' pricing/ quotations.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
