Roles & Responsibilities

Accounts

  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Perform daily financial transactions, including processing receipts from bank statements and drivers.
  • Oversee logistics arrangements and provide backup support for Admin Assistant roles.
  • Verify payment submissions from sales personnel and record cash receipt journal entries.
  • Process sales orders, credit notes, and purchase order releases.
  • Match and review vendor invoices, ensuring all invoices have the necessary documentation and approvals before payment.
  • Conduct month-end closing activities such as bank reconciliation, preparing prepayment and accrual schedules, and generating vendor aging reports.
  • Prepare and issue debit notes.
  • Process staff petty cash claims.
  • Maintain accurate recording and filing of customer and vendor invoices.
  • Compile and generate weekly Sales and Inventory Reports (APNS).
  • Prepare and submit monthly Sales Reports (CCFI).

Operations

  • Process purchase orders for both internal and external requisitions.
  • Verify invoices and delivery orders to ensure accurate payment processing.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to resolve stock discrepancies, goods receipt issues, or internal warehouse transfers.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by Management.
