Job Summary

The Company Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership, governance, and direction to ensure the company's success. They oversee operations, financial performance, and compliance while making key decisions to drive growth and sustainability. The Director plays a crucial role in setting corporate policies, managing risks, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.


Key Responsibilities

A. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and revenue streams.
  • Ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

B. Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Uphold corporate governance principles and report to shareholders or stakeholders.
  • Manage risk and ensure proper internal controls are in place.

C. Financial & Operational Oversight

  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor operational efficiency and drive process improvements.
  • Ensure optimal use of company assets and financial resources.

D. Leadership & Team Development

  • Build and maintain a high-performing leadership team.
  • Foster a positive corporate culture and strong employee engagement.
  • Represent the company in key negotiations, partnerships, and stakeholder engagements.

E. Stakeholder & External Relations

  • Maintain relationships with investors, customers, regulatory bodies, and business partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events, public engagements, and media interactions.
  • Lead corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 10+ years of leadership experience, preferably at the executive level.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent financial and business acumen.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and drive innovation.
  • Visionary leadership with a focus on long-term success.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle complex challenges.
