Are you an experienced leader with a passion for sustainability, making a difference on the environment with retail experience managing small and large accounts, closing deals and an eye for detail?


If so we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Director with a can-do attitude to join us.


This is a full-time role, 8.30am-6pm Monday to Friday with occasional overtime where needed, based in our offices in Paya Labar.


At this executive level you will have at least 10-12 years of experience with the most recent operating in similar high impact roles ideally with a focus on sustainability / ESG.

  • Working with small and large customer accounts to generate sales
  • Liaising daily with suppliers ad manufacturers
  • Hungry to close deals and exceed targets
  • Very computer literate, especially with Excel and SaaS platforms such as Odoo
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team


Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Building the Singapore and Malaysia business including Manufacturing, sales strategy, recruitment, BD & accounting.
  • Researching new account leads across Singapore and Malaysia, finding key decision makers and organising meetings to close deals.
  • Managing all aspects of account management from lead to PnL ensuring maximum profitability and unit sales ensuring customers are aware of new product launches and providing feedback to the business on new opportunities as they arise.
  • Assisting with stock-checks and release of customer orders for processing by warehouse.
  • Assisting with all aspects of product lifecycle in a timely manner to meet launch dates.
  • Proactively researching and anticipating seasonal demand and competitor’s activity to ensure maximum competitive advantage
  • Possessing a keen eye for detail, identifying all possible chances to maximise profits, using initiative to implement new processes and procedures.
  • Accurate data entry and filing.
  • Participating in projects or carrying out duties that may be outside the standard remit that will benefit the company.


Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication and ability to build rapport and develop collaborative working relationship with colleagues, suppliers and others at all levels.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, administrative skills
  • A keen eye for trends and a love for retail and sustainability
  • You must have the right to legally work in Singapore and commute to our Paya Labar offices daily / Visit customers around Singapore (Travel expenses provided)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15,000 - $18,000 SGD / Month
