Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Manager in leading the management team.

- Ensure smooth daily operations, planning, and administration of all cinemas, adhering to operational procedures and standards.

- Implement initiatives to address undesirable situations, such as high staff turnover, and customer complaints.

- Identify and develop staff with potential for career progression.

- Participate in staff motivation and retention exercises.

- Oversee and handle all staff issues and cases at the locations.

Requirements:

- Diploma holder with experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.

- Objective and rational thinker in introducing and executing new and improved procedures.

- Facilitate and raise the level of employee engagement at all locations.

- Able to perform rotating shifts with flexible working hours.

Location: Singapore Islandwide

5-day work week
