Job Scope:
• Attend to student and staff queries.
• Greet customers (parents, visitors and vendors) and provide them with quality customer service
• Answer customers’ questions and incoming calls, and provide information on variety of topics, including rules, disciplinary measures, student admission and day-to-day operations of the school
• Redirect phone calls to appropriate departments and take down messages where necessary
• Receive all letters and packages and distribute them to appropriate departments.
• Maintain records of school-issued letters to parents
• Maintain a master schedule of all classes, telephone directory and calendar of events for students and staff to refer to when required
• Monitor and record student early release from school, including communicating with parents on their children’s early release arrangements
• Manage school’s stationary inventory and distribute stationeries to staff when requested
• Provide support in sourcing materials and resources.
• Any other duties assigned by School Management
Working Arrangement:
Location: Punggol
Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 7.15am to 4.45pm or 8.30am to 6pm
Saturdays: Day Off
Lunch: 1 hour
Salary: $2400/Month
Contract Duration: 27 February 2025 to 31 May 2025
