Work Location: Jurong West

Working hour:
•Mondays- Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break


•Fridays: 9:00am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break


•Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Contract Period: 1 Jun 2025 to 31 May 2026 (or adjusted according to the actual start date after the issuance of LOA)

Job Description

1.Manage General Office counter

a.Attend to walk-ins and phone calls

b.Address stakeholders' queries

c.Provide basic first aid to pupils with minor injuries

2.Manage incoming and outgoing mail

3.Track and replenish first-aid items in General Office

4.Maintain general cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area

5.Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by School Leaders or Key Personnel

Requirements

Qualifications


•Completed secondary school education


•Those who did not complete secondary school education, but with relevant working experience may also be considered

Skills


•Good interpersonal and communication skills


•Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment


•Resourceful and able to prioritise work to meet deadlines


•Takes initiative and is able to work under minimal supervision


•Good team player


•Good organisation skills


•Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Experience


•Preferably at least 3 years experience in working in a primary school as a Receptionist and Office Assistant respectively
