Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Service Delivery Director to join our team. This role demands a dynamic leader with a deep technical background, extensive experience in cloud migration, API integration, AI data projects, and large-scale project management. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering results that drive business value.

As the Service Delivery Director , you will oversee and manage the delivery of mission-critical projects, ensuring they meet business objectives while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners to drive seamless execution, particularly in the integration and application of AI-driven insights for customer and business analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Leadership & Delivery:Lead and manage large-scale technical projects, including cloud migration, system replacements, AI data-driven projects, and API integrations.
    Oversee the successful delivery of projects such as Cloud Migration, Development, AI Experimentation Projects, for banking clients.
    Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met, with particular attention to risk management and mitigation.
  2. Cloud Migration & API Integration:Drive cloud migration initiatives, migrating applications to the cloud, and implementing robust API services for partnerships across multiple markets.
    Manage the integration of APIs across global platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity with services like ALIPay, SeaMoney.
  3. AI Data Projects Leadership:Lead and oversee AI-driven projects, including initiatives like Personetics (insights on customer usage patterns) and (carbon footprint analysis), leveraging AI and big data for actionable insights in markets
    Architect and develop AI-driven experimentation and analytics solutions, driving business intelligence and customer-centric insights.
    Work closely with data scientists and AI specialists to ensure the integration of machine learning models, predictive analytics, and data-driven decision-making into key projects.
  4. Team Leadership & Agile Coaching:Lead and mentor a cross-functional team , including developers, testers, business analysts, and DevOps engineers, across multiple regions .
    Act as a Scrum Coach, promoting agile methodologies and practices to ensure effective collaboration, sprint planning, and timely delivery.
    Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture, helping to resolve challenges and driving continuous improvement.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with senior stakeholders and clients to define project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
    Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively to senior management and other key stakeholders, maintaining transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
    Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs and escalate critical issues in senior management forums.
  6. Technical Leadership:Provide hands-on leadership in the architecture and development of core systems, particularly in cryptocurrency wallet solutions, cloud infrastructure, and AI-powered analytics platforms.
    Define and implement technical guidelines and best practices for the team to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within scope.
    Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest technologies and tools, incorporating them into project execution where appropriate.
  7. DevOps & Automation:Oversee the management of DevOps pipelines, including Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Terraform, to automate and streamline the deployment process.
    Ensure the setup of automation pipelines and control mechanisms for development processes.
    Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance using tools like CloudWatch, Dynatrace, and ELK stack.
  8. Production Support & Continuous Improvement:Ensure the smooth running of production environments post-project delivery, providing support and troubleshooting where necessary.
    Continuously assess project processes and delivery methods to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience:12+ years of hands-on technical experience in software development, cloud technologies, AI data projects, and API integrations.
    8+ years of proven experience leading large-scale projects, with a focus on cloud migration, AI data solutions, and systems integration.
    Experience managing and delivering projects for large organizations, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
    Experience in AI data projects, particularly with customer analytics, predictive models, and machine learning integration.
  • Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, Reactjs, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Kafka, AWS, Azure, Terraform, and Jenkins.
    In-depth understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), including services like EKS, AKS, ElasticCache, CloudWatch, and S3.
    Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, SonarQube, and Fortify Scan.
    Experience with AI tools and frameworks (such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or similar) for implementing machine learning models and data analytics.
    Experience with CI/CD pipeline management and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Leadership & Soft Skills:Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and guide them towards achieving project goals.
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to manage senior-level relationships and provide strategic direction.
    Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Certifications :AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Certifications.
    Scrum Master or Agile-related certifications.
    Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2).
    AI/ML certifications or experience in data science/AI methodologies.
