As a Patient Service Associate (Clinic Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Arrange patient appointments and issue reminder calls.
  • Input insurance details and medical history into the system.
  • Validate patient insurance coverage and collect co-payments.
  • Manage corporate and insurance billings, ensuring timely processing and follow-up.
  • Process card payments and reconcile daily cash deposits.
  • Review patient accounts, identify delinquent ones, and collect outstanding amounts.
  • Maintain updated patient data and verify information during each visit.
  • Assist in triage interviews to gather patient information for prioritizing care.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Stay informed about insurance programs and funding sources.
  • Participate in patient assessment, screening, and registration.
  • Support the clinic dispensary and conduct clinical measurements for health screenings and examinations as required.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to medical records management.
  • Perform any other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Possess GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ levels
